Sample Model Number Tags
Model numbers can be made up of numbers (1005400, for example) or a combination of letters and numbers (LAT1000AAE). The model number will most likely appear on either a paper sticker or a metal plate. Your appliance's model number tag may look similar to the sample model number tags shown here (model number highlighted in yellow):
This white right-hand side oven door trim is a functional and aesthetic component designed to frame the outer edge of the oven door. Positioned along the door’s right side, it enhances insulation, helps retain heat, and protects the glass panel from damage. Its durable construction ensures long-term performance while contributing to a clean, finished appearance. Replacing a cracked or damaged trim restores the door’s structural integrity and visual appeal. Installation requires partial disassembly of the oven door and may involve removing screws or panels to access the mounting points.

Difficult repair - unsuccessful
We attempted to re-install the front glass on our stove but were unsuccessful. Three of us were unable to put the glass in the door and this piece of trim actually snapped. We ended up buying a new stove. This was not the fault of PartSelect.

Couldn't do the repair.
Couldn't install the side trim because the glass was too wide, left went together good but there was no room on the right side with the glass ( new also ) being too wide to accommodate the right side trim. Sent the glass back after being on.hold for over a half an hour and no one t o talk to.??

Replace shattered outer door glass
This is not the best design. You'll need to have an extra set of hands to hold the trim pieces in place. Remember the glass is positioned outside [on top of]the trim pieces. Be careful as the trim pieces are rather brittle and can be hard to locate in their proper position. Position glass in the holding tabs at the bottom, hold glass ag

Checked to see that I had all the parts I needed. Installed bottom door trim then side trim pieces. Do not tighten screws. Install door handle with top trim attached over glass. Tighten screws just snug all around.
