Engine Filter-a/c Cartridge
PartSelect Number PS11829331
Manufacturer Part Number 593260
This is an original manufacturer-approved replacement part which is specially designed for use with Briggs and Stratton engines commonly installed on lawn and garden equipment. Its purpose is to filter out dust and debris from the air that goes through the unit. Over time it will wear out and may get clogged eventually requiring a replacement to ensure the best performance. Refer to the owners manual of your model for the correct installation of this A/C cartridge filter. Keep in mind it is sold as an individual component.
Engine Air Cleaner Element
PartSelect Number PS9903219
Manufacturer Part Number 17211-ZL8-023
This air cleaner element, also known as an air filter, is found in your lawn equipment. Typically housed in a rectangular container, it is located near the air intake area or carburetor of your machine. It keeps dust, dirt, and debris from entering the combustion chamber. If it is clogged, the restricted airflow will make the engine misfire or run poorly, and potentially cause an engine failure. To replace the element, you will need to remove its housing cover by unscrewing or unclipping it. This OEM-certified filter is sold individually.
Engine Vent Tube
PartSelect Number PS16535460
Manufacturer Part Number V471001201
The purpose of the vent tube is to allow air in to the fuel tank so that a vacuum is not created when the fuel is being fed through the fuel line. Most of the time the Vent line is connected to a fuel line grommet that is installed on the fuel tank. The fuel return line and the fuel line are also connected to the fuel line grommet. The other way a fuel tank is vented in other engines is by use of a fuel cap with a air vent built into it.
Engine Brush
PartSelect Number PS10186732
Manufacturer Part Number A27343
This is an OEM Manufacturer Sourced replacement carbon brush used on specific Compact Routers. Includes 1 Carbon Brush with wire lead attached. Carbon motor brushes are one of the most commonly replaced power tool components. Because carbon brushes are wear items, meaning that through friction and use they will gradually wear away, they will eventually require replacement. Worn brushes are common causes of intermittent motor function, reduced electric braking, and reduced motor power. A worn out brush will often be worn down near the wire lead and may be cracked, pitted, or burned. When replacing carbon brushes, be sure to also inspect your armature for burns, cracks, or other damage which indicates a larger motor problem.

Engine Oil Seal
PartSelect Number PS9151828
Manufacturer Part Number 795387
This OEM Seal-Oil (PTO Side), also called the Oil Seal, is a Black, Nitrile Rubber, 2/14 O.D., individually sold part which is installed using a Seal Puller. Customers rate the installation difficulty as Medium.
This part provides a seal around the crank shaft and engine block. When installing onto the engine block around the crank shaft, use something that makes contact around the entire seal, like a large socket or pipe, and tap into place evenly, ensuring that the housing is clean and dry. If the part is broken, likely due to fatigue, there will be leaking oil, and this part should be replaced using the model number on the original part to confirm it is the right fit for your model.
