Hello David, Thank you for writing. If the appliance rocks, it is not level. You can also use a level. If you do not have a level, put a bowl of water on top and check to see if the water sits level in the bowl or but a ball on top to see if it rolls off. Adjust the feet as needed. Why aren’t your extension springs sold in a set of four? To fix the off balance problem with this washer requires for.
Do you have them available in a four pack?

Hello, washer is leaking at the soap dispenser. Does not appear to be clogged or dirty. A couple DIYers say they have had this problem and it was the water valve. Would appreciate your input.
