Ice maker won't stop making ice and dumping it in freezer bucket

Hi William, in most cases the bail arm is keeping the switch inside the icemaker closed. Sadly the bail arm is discontinued. However you can contact the manufacturer to see if they have a suggested replacement. If they can provide you with a part number feel free to contact us back to see if we have the part in stock. The freezer on this unit isn’t working. The temp on the display is flashing. Is it turned off, or is there another problem?

In these fridges the evaporator coil PS4168609 goes bad, they have micro leaks, check if fan and compressor are fine, and replace the coil as needed. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance.

Thank you for your question. This type of refrigerator should automatically reset after a power surge. If it does not, unplug it for 10 minutes and plug it back in and this should reset it. We hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Freezer fan mtr makes noise on ice build up. How do I keep this from happening. 3rd time happening since unplugging and letting ice thaw out.

Also, check the defrost thermostat, part number PS4140510, and ensure that the refrigerator is properly defrosting. Please reach out to customer service if you need help placing an order. Unscrewed 1 screw, removed panel, disconnected old icemaker and removed it, Added new icemaker, reconnected, replaced panel, replaced screw, & reset new icemaker. Started making ice almost immediately. Threw out entire first load of ice. Working great since! I wasn’t sure if it was the icemaker or the water valve to it so had a guy come
