Soy técnico pero las electrónica necesito más experiencia.la nevera prende el compresor pero no enfría la parte del friser y el condensador esta tibio se supone este caliente pero no se si para ese modelo es así
For model number PFSS6PKWASS

Getting water on floor. Large dam of ice under long tray above freezer.
For model number PFSS6PKWASS
PartSelect logo
Hello Bill, thank you for your inquiry. According to our research, a blocked defrost drain or a clogged or frozen water supply line will cause water to puddle beneath the refrigerator. It will also affect ice production from the ice maker and slow or stop water flow from the dispenser. Try flushing the drain from inside the freezer with warm water, using a turkey baster or a small funnel. Look for any leaks, kinks, or clogs in the plastic supply line. If the water line is intact but you see a translucent blockage, then ice is the culprit. Simply leave the refrigerator unplugged for approximately 2 hours to remove the clog. If these are not the issues, then we would recommend checking the water inlet valve, part number PS2338130, to solve the problem. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair!

Pantry drawer lid had broken pivot
First, I have to say I live in the next state over, and I recieved the parts the next day. Yeah! OK, I removed the adjacent drawers *and the removable lower storage shelves on the doors for clearance*. Taking out the broken lid is easy. The new one is a tight fit. The right side has a raised pad on the pivot point, but the left one does not. I worked the peg (pivot point) in on the right side and slowly and carefully pushed the stationary plastic left side in slightly(and sprung the lid slightly) to get enough clearance to get in the left peg without breaking the new lid pivot. While doing this, one has to make sure the shelf immediately behind the lid is in place since there are support tabs located on it, and you will have to rework the thing if you don't get them to mate on the installation.

Installation Video Incorrect
The installation video notes that the door mullion spring has a bent end, and that the bent end of the spring is to be inserted into the LOWER hinge. However, on my refrigerator door, the bent end of the door mullion spring must be inserted into the UPPER hinge in order for the door to function properly. (Also noted that in your video the installer manually closed the door mullion rather than just closing the refrigerator door, another indication that the installation of the spring was incorrect.) After watching the video several times to confirm I was installing the door mullion spring according to the video instructions, I tried inserting the bent end of the door mullion spring into the upper hinge, which proved to be the correct installation of the door mull spring. What should have been a 5 minute repair turned into an ½ hour repair.
