My washing machine shuts off during hot water wash. It works fine with cold water

I have an Electrolux Washer Model EFLS627UTT0. Recently we noticed the washer makes an unusual groaning noise when filling and today gave the E11 error code (insufficient water). After unplugging it and letting it reset, the code went away and we were able to do several more loads though the unusual noise persisted when filling. Suggestions?

If i use any cycle that uses hot water, the unit will shut off. I can use any cycle on cold water and the unit runs fine. You select anything that uses hot water, and the unit stops. Just powers off after a few minutes of running

I googled the problem, read the recommendation found the part and read that it was an easy fix. Took the broken part off the door and noticed the broke off piece was in the latch on the machine. Ordered the two parts, paid the $30 2-day delivery. Parts arrived and the machine was up and runnning in under 5 minutes
Remove two screws on attachment plate slide door lock plate out. Disconnect wire harness. Remove two screws on back side. Then reverse the process, done!
P.S. don't pay $32 for next working day it still took 3 days to arrive. doesn't help when your leaving in two.
Unscrewed the two screws holding the latch and screwed on the new one. Took less than 5 minutes. The best part was that I ordered the latch on Friday and it was delivered on Saturday!
