Ice on freezer floor & water leaking out of freezer door. How do I get to drain tube to repair or replace.

Hello Jerry, thank you for reaching out. You will need to access the drain line from the back of the unit as well as the inside of the freezer. The old plug will need to be dug out from underneath. You will need to remove the tube that connects to the rubber plug, part number PS16730545, and remove the drain fitting. Installation of the new plug will be in the reverse order. We hope this helps.
My refrigerator is leaking water from above and behind the dispenser levers. I have turned off the ice cube maker and the leaking has stopped. What do i do now?

Hi Jerry, thank you for reaching out. There is no pump listed under your model. It seems that you are looking for the water inlet valve, part number PS3497634. It controls the flow of water to the ice maker and water dispenser. We hope that helps!

Thanks to the pictorial diagram, I was able to order correct parts. It was just a matter of removal of broken parts and replacing them.
