Flex Carbon Brush Genuine Manufacturer Sourced replacement part designed for use with certain Flex Power Tools. This part is made out of Carbon with a Lead Wire attached. This item includes One (1) Carbon Brush per order. Carbon motor brushes are one of the most commonly replaced power tool components. Because carbon brushes are wear items, meaning that through friction and use they will gradually wear away, they will eventually require replacement. Worn brushes are common causes of intermittent motor function, reduced electric braking, and reduced motor power. A worn out brush will often be worn down near the wire lead and may be cracked, pitted, or burned. When replacing carbon brushes, be sure to also inspect your armature for burns, cracks, or other damage which indicates a larger motor problem.

Flex Brush This replacement brush is a genuine OEM sourced item, not an aftermarket imitation. It is specially designed for Flex power tools. This item consists of (1) carbon brush with a lead wire attached. Please note, the brush holder and other parts are sold separately. It is recommended to replace both carbon brushes at the same time. You will need a screwdriver to complete this repair job.

Flex Pin Genuine OEM replacement part used on a variety of Circular Saws. This part is made out of Metal and it is Sold Individually. This pin fits in the Foot Assembly as part of Bevel Adjustment Assembly and locks with a Flange Nut which is Sold Separately.

Flex Circlip For Shaft

Flex Shoulder Bolt Genuine OEM replacement part, this item is sold individually. The purpose of this Shoulder Bolt is to secure the Handle to the motor housing of the Saws shown below. There are four of these Bolts used, 2 on top of the handle and 2 at the bottom of the handle.

Flex Washer This part is an OEM from the Skil manufacturer. The metal washer is compatible with many circular saw devices. The washer is fitted between the retaining snap ring and blade bolt, securing the lower blade guard. This item distributes even pressure over the surface and provides a solid grip. The washer is sold individually. A screwdriver and a wrench are often needed to make the proper removal and replacement. A hex key and a wrench are necessary in this repair.

Flex Extension Spring This is an authentic replacement part sourced directly from the manufacturer. The extension spring is found in worm drive skilsaws from Skil. This part is made of metal, and is used to apply tension to the lower guard, holding it in place when the blade is not in use. This item is sold individually.

Flex Plain Washer This is a genuine OEM replacement part used on a variety of saws. It helps to distribute the pressure evenly and provides a tight seal for the connecting pieces inside the reel. This part is made out of metal and it is sold individually. To replace it you would need a wrench.

Flex Carbon Brush

Flex Nut This replacement part is generally used on circular saws. It is sourced from original equipment manufacturer and it is sold individually. This nut helps to secure lift lever which allows user to adjust angle of the saw. Please note you would need a properly sized wrench when installing/removing this nut.
