Is replacing a wiring harness easy to do? I have what looks like a 2 prong wire burnt in two at the base where it connects with thermostat/ heating element.

Hi Robert, Thank you for your question. It should not be too hard to replace the wiring harness in your appliance. Just take note of how the original wire harness is connected and install the new harness in the same configuration.
