The washer will not start any cycles. I have replaced the door lock, Main control board and the shift actuator. The motor will hum 3 times, then the pump cycles and pumps all water out of the tub. What is keeping the washer from starting and running through a cycle? Thank you for your help.
For model number WTW5057LW0
Hi Clinton, thank you for your question! If the motor hums but does not start, the capacitor that helps start the motor might be faulty. Check the start/run capacitor, part number PS12731163, for any signs of damage or test it with a multimeter. We hope this information is useful!

My washer was not draining. So I bought a new dran pump and replace it and it is still giving me a code and not draining please help.
For model number Wtw5100hw0
Hello Justin, thank you for getting in touch. Based on our research, if replacing the drain pump did not solve the issue, you may need to check the filter, part number PS16660526, for any clog. If the filter is clean, you may need to replace the drain hose, part number PS12578897. Customer service is available 7 days a week if you need help placing an order. Glad to be of assistance!
