Perfect part!! Easy to install!! Worked like a charm!
The water drain pump and hose were the exact replacements on our Maytag washer. The whole replacement installation was about 15 minutes. When I was done, we ran a couple of loads and....no more leaks....we were thrilled!! Thanks for helping us to get the right parts we needed!! Good stuff!!

Part worked great
Easy to replace water pump. It's working great so far. Only issue is that it was not packed very well; and one of the plastic mounting tabs broke during shipping. The other two mounting points seemed to hold it well; so it shouldn't be an issue.

Washing machine would not drain and a drn code would show in the display. Once the machine filled all the way up with water. Sometimes it would not refill to rinse.
I removed the 2 hose clamps connecting to the pump, removed 3 screws holding pump in place, and disconnected 2 wires plugged into pump. Put the new pump on in reverse order.

My wtw5000dw0 Whirlpool washer will not completely drain. Its completes a spin and rinse and drain cycle, but the cloths are still dripping wet and the tub has a small amount of water remaining after the washer completes its wash. I believe it might be the pump (part #w10581874). Can you please help me confirm this idea? Ty
For model number WTW5000DW0
Hello Michael, thank you for inquiring. If your washer is not draining, you will want to replace either the Water Pump part PS11756530, the Lid Latch Assembly part PS3497627, or the Washer Drive Pulley part PS10057144. We hope this helps.

Noise like bearings going out could be heard when pump initialized to drain. Since that time, it totally stopped and hummed. Nails were found in the drain pipe--now pump does not work. Are there any parts i need to order other than the pump itself? The pump was not taken out and checked, but logic says that is the issue.

Hi Anita, thank you for your question. You would have to look at your tubing and hoses for any physical damage. Otherwise you should only replace what is broken. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

Washer is not spinning all of the water out, what do I check first?
For model number MVWX655DW0
Hello Wanda, Thank you for the question. If your washer will not spin out all water and clothes are still wet, the drain pump might be clogged with debris or possibly faulty. You should also check the Drain Hose for blockage or kinks. Hope this helps!
My machine drains water but the clothes are still very wet after spin cycle
Hi Terry,
Thank you for your question. If the clothes are still wet after a wash cycle, a slow-spin cycle may have been chosen. This cycle will remove less water from the clothes then a fast spin cycle. If you have used too much soap, this may cause a suds lock and slow the final spin cycle. Always use soap that your washing machine manual recommends and use the correct amount of soap when for the load you are washing. Check and make sure that the drain hose is not kinked or restricted. Make sure that you are not overfilling or under filling your washing machine. Both of these situations can cause your washer to become unbalanced during a wash cycle and can leave the clothes wet once the cycle has completed. If the washer becomes unbalanced, redistribute the clothes and start the drain and spin cycle. Do not use an extension cord. Extension cords can cause overheating and your washer will shut down. We hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day.

Water leaks from under washer while washing
For model number wtw8040dw0
Hello Thomas, thank you for your question. It could be as simple as a hose clamp PS11740613 and PS11741854. Or, the Drain Hose PS12578897 or Drain pump PS11756530. Washer started getting VERY loud during the spin cycle for a few loads (although it did work fine, it sounded like an airplane). Then the next load, same noise, but everything was soaking wet. What part do we need?
For model number WTW7000DW0
Hello Wendy, thank you for reaching out. We suggest that you check the water drain pump, part number PS11756530, the suspension rod support, part number PS3502189, lid bumper, part number PS11747040, and the gearcase, part number PS12741641. Inspect them for any damage and then replace the defective part. Please reach out to customer service if you need help placing an order, anyone will be happy to assist you. We hope that helps.
Washer takes water, then also spins a bit. After that it seats idle. Does nothing, means no rinse . The machine says error code ‘dr’. It shows ‘e1’ and ‘f9’ also. I have checked the drain hose. No debris was found. What could go wrong?? Please suggest.
For model number WTW7040DWO
Hello Tanvir, thank you for contacting us. The E1/F9 error code indicates that the drain pump, part number PS11756530, is not working properly. The drain pump can become defective if it is clogged, the impeller breaks or an electrical fault causes the pump to fail. The DR code can also be caused by a faulty pump. Therefore we would recommend checking the drain pump and replacing it if it is faulty. Customer service is available 7 days a week if you require assistance placing an order. Thanks again for reaching out!

what is the code f5
For model number MVWB835DW0
Hi Helbert, thank you for getting in touch. Based on our research, the error code f5 indicates that there is an issue with your lid locking. We would recommend checking if there is some clothing or other obstruction in the lid, preventing it from locking properly. If this is not the issue, we would suggest replacing the lid lock assembly, part number PS11722981, to solve the problem. We hope that helps!
Will this part fit this machine? I made the error of ordering without checking first.
For model number WTW8040DW0 C52040150
Hi Roberto,
