Sticks in wash cycle for hours
For model number 655.12773K310
Hello Bruce, thank you for your question. There are a few parts you will want to check to determine the problem. We would recommend checking the turbidity sensor, PartSelect Number PS11757214 which measures the level of soil in the unit. If the sensor is bad it will sense the water is dirty and continue to wash. You should also check the filter cup under the lower spray arm, and the filter screen that is under that spray arm as well. If the parts are checked/replaced and the issue persists, the most likely issue is the electronic control board itself. I hope this helps!
