Seal around window came off while drying a load.
We unfortunately ordered wrong part to begin with....This site has the best customer service we have ever encountered!!!! We called as soon as we realized had ordered wrong part.....they took care of getting right part shipped immediately and were very fast in adjusting the price!! The part we needed was a simple install of seal around the window - just popped right in - no tools needed.

replace idler pully
first of all there is no video for this model dryer (cabrio accu-dry) the main difference is that the console is removed by removing 3 screws across the back top of console then using putty knife release spring fastener on each side ,slide forward and lift. remove one screw at top of control board and remove from plastic mount, and unplug connecting wires.remove top of cabinet lifting up and forward. The rest of install is typical to other models. The back panel doesn't come off this model. You have to access everything from the front.

F-26 Fault message
Message indicated something amiss in the motor circuit. Followed Instructions in the on-board manual. Turned out to be the internal-bias thermostat, and the exhaust air thermistor both. Changed faulty parts, cleaned lint from the system and we are off and running again.

Wrong parts were shipped, phone calls got continuous recordings to send email. Sent email sent on 4/2/2020 and now 4/14/2020 no response and no return of $20.52.020
Had to call service company to come and do the repair and they had the correct parts. PARTSELECT is a very terrible company to do business with. They sent incorrect parts and will not answer the phone or respond to emails after two weeks. will report to BBB.

Pretty easy repair and I am not very handy. I believe they engineer these machines so you hire someone to do the job. They could place that part in an area where it is easier to get to, like a door on the side or something
