Hinge on 'goumet lid' in front broke off
Wasn't a big deal. Removed the the shelves and glass immediately above the endcap as well as the large 'goumet' draw. Used a nutdriver to remove two screws. Popped off the old endcap and did everything in reverse. Replaced the long clear goumet draw cover that was still intact. Thanks for making it easy!!!!

Ice maker wouldn't cycle
Originally I took the module off and found that a small plastic part had broken. Both pieces were still there, so I super glued them together and reassembled the unit. It worked great for a couple months. I realized it needed a more permanent fix, so I found the model # and looked up the part. That was very easy on your website. I ordered the part expecting it to take 4-7 days. It was at my house in two days! 15 minutes later I was makin' ice, and makin' my wife happy. Thank you for an all around great experience. I'll definitely buy from you again.

Shattered glass shelf insert
Thank you for the prompt delivery. I thought it was going to be a big problem to get a replacement shelf, but I ordered online and had my part in 3 days! Very easy to insert. Did lay carton on the floor and pulled out the insert. At 83 my strength isn't what is used to be, but it came out pretty easy. I am beyond thrilled with the service. Thank you.

The right end cap hinge broke for the pantry door.
I replaced both side. The left side I very easy to replace. It has 2 screws holding the end cap in place and the tracking has 2 screws holding it in. Undo the 4 screws and put the track on the new end cap and then you are good to go to install the new end cap on the left side. Now for the right side is easy, but you now have to also undo 2 screws and other 2 for the track just like left side but also you are going to have to undo the humidity control stuff and put it on the new end cap.

The small peg that holds the panry door in place broke, as a result the door would not operate
It took longer to empty the items off the shelf than it did to do the repair. Slid the veg, drawers out, set them aside.Took glass shelf out set it aside. removed three screws with 1/4in socket. Removed end cap. replaced with new end cap, replaced screws, cleaned and replaced shelf and drawers. Was a very easy task. these pegs break very easy, this is the second time I have had to replace the end cap, both times it was the left size. problem is you have to buy both the left and the right side together,

Icemaker was letting too much water in and freezing a big block of ice instead of making cubes
Looked online for instructions. I had to remove the shelves from inside the frig, then pop off part of the right inside back wall. The way the 3 water lines attached to the inlet valve was a terrible design. There are plastic little collars that need to be pushed back to release the water lines from the old valve, then when you install the new valve, you need to push them back to reattach the water lines. Once installed, one had a leak. No matter how hard I tried I couldn't get the little plastic collar to disengage. I couldn't push the line in further and I couldn't get it back out. Ended up cutting the line off at the valve just to get it out. Then had to cut out the piece that was still stuck in the valve. Tried to install it again and it leaked even more. Ended up putting the old valve back in and throwing away the $130 new inlet valve because there are no returns on electrical parts. Total waste of time and money ! ! ! Not happy to say the least.
