The repair was very simple, all I had to do is take the old broken one out and replace it with the the New Perfect Fit Part. Thank you for the great customer service ane easy ordering process.

Removed the old cracked shelf and slipped in the new one. Fit perfectly. Should have done this years ago !!!!

The new one not only arrived faster than I expected but it was also a lot sturdier, nice shape and the fridge looks cleaner. Also it offers better support for what I store right on it.

First I removed the old cover, and the cans of soda I was using to hold it up. Then I put the new cover in, and snapped it in place. This took less than a minute, and could not have been easier. The replacement cover fits perfectly. Thanks!!

it was slowing cracking for a long time, and repairs with duct tape and crazy glue were a futile attempt to avoid the inevitable; a new part altogether! All I had to do was remove what I had on the shelf, remove the bins, replace the shelf and slide the bins back in, replace what I had on the shelf and close the door. I am so happy now when I open the refrigerator door and the new (unbroken) shelf has replaced that old broken one.

Just as your video described, although due to the age of the fridge, it took a bit longer to remove the defective switch. Your video made this so simple, I can't imagine why we lived with a dark fridge for so long! I was ready to buy a whole new fridge, as repairmen are often nonexistent for small repairs. I removed the old shelf and even though the new one had a slightly different texture, it fit perfectly and the two crisper drawers slid right in.

i found that the door was to low was the problem shimmed the hinge on the bottom brought the door up so the gasket was ok so isent the new gasket back to you never attempted to change so i dont have any thing to tell you about instalation difficulty carl phillips

We thought we would have to replace our frig, but found the part online and it fit perfectly. It's slightly different than the original because it is stronger. All we did was remove the items from the tray, unsnap the broken one and slide the new one into place.

Using plyers Pulled old switch down and out. Put new one in and pushed new switch up into position. The switch plugs into the contacts, no wiring needed. Worked like a charm. You saved me 200 dollars GE repair bill. Thanks
