Top glass top burner wasn’t working
I first ordered the wrong part and had to call customer service. They handled the return and ordered the new piece beautifully!! The installation was really simple. Once I took out two screws holding the top down, I removed three clips holding the burner on then switched out the electrical leads. Put everything back and it worked perfectly!!

The light inside the oven had burned out
0. As a safety precaution, unplug the range or hit the relevant fuse breaker before you start. You might also want to grab a flashlight. Definitely do not try to do this while the oven is hot.
1. Pinch the wire over the light bulb cap to remove it. This is inside the oven at the back.
2. Pop off the hemispherical glass cap.
3. Unscrew the old light bulb, and screw the new light bulb in its place.
4. Put the cap back.
5. Secure the cap by putting the wire back in its slots on the cap.

No tools needed, the cap is just held in place with pressure from the wire.

The burner would not turn off and I or my wife would have to turn the breaker off.
I simply turned the power off and slide the stove forward to give myself room to get behind it and just unscrewed the cover behind the burner switchers and pulled the switch knob off then I removed the two small screws that hold the burner switch to the control panel and go to the back and pull the wires carefully and replace them on the new switch one by one and screw the new switch to the control panel and replace the back panel and done!

Cracked inner door glass
I removed the door by unclipping the hinges with a screwdriver - very easy. I laid the door on the kitchen island unit on the polystryrene packaging. I removed all of the star bolts. I need not have removed the star bolts around the door hinges as these hold the hinges to the inner frame. The cracked double glazed unit lifted out and was replaced very easily. We took the opportunity to clean all of the parts that don't usually get cleaned - hence the time taken. Reassembly and reattaching the door was very easy. We didn't rush and were very careful in laying the door on a good flat surface. The oven is now good as new. Well done PartSelect for stocking such an old part - $125 to keep the range working perfectly.

Cleaned oven with shelves inside...
I too made the mistake of cleaning the oven with the shelves in place. It doesn't really harm them...but they turn a tarnished brown color...they look dirty. These replacement shelves were a perfect match. Pricing was reasonable, communication was terrific and shipping was super fast. Happy camper here :-)

Bake element got very red and split apart
This oven is 2 years old and the element should not have broken like it did. GE is doing something wrong in the making of their ovens.
My husband took out the old broken element and attached the new one.

heating element burned in two during a oven cleaning cycle
I checked prices on the internet and found your price the cheapest and ordered the part on a holiday. The part arrived in two days and was installed and back to work pronto. Having worked in sales at Caterpillar Inc for a lifetime, I know how important quick delivery and short downtime is to our customers and you came through for me. I am satisfied with my experience dealing with your company.

Replacing the backing element in our oven.
The element ignited and burnt like a sparkler. I unscrewed the bolt/screws holding it in, and pulled like I had on older models. The clips holding it didn't come undone, but the wires hit the side causing a huge flash. It was still hot, even though it wasn't turned on. You need to unplug the oven, or turn off the breaker. I unplugged and took the back panel running down the middle off (4 screws), and undid the clips. Putting the new one back in was easy. Insert the element ends through their places inside the oven. Screw them in place. Hook the wire clips on in back, and replace the back panel. Installation took less than 5 minutes.

Burned lower heating element
Being that the rest of the stove was functioning fine, it was still plugged into the electrical outlet, after unplugging the range, I used a nutdriver and and removed the back panel exposing the two electrical clips on the old heating element. After unplugging the two electrical clips, I removed the two screws that secure the heating element to the back of the inside of the range. Once the screws were removed, the heating element came right out. I inserted the new element, installed the two screws previously removed, plugged the two electrical clips on the back of the heating element, re installed the back panel, plugged the range in and cooked lasagna. Total repair time was 12 minutes.
