The stove's burner bowls were dirty and old and the chrome was gone where the cooking drippings had collected under the previous owner's usage.
We simply typed in the model of the range and several selections of replacements came up on your website. We ordered the black porcelain ones to replace the old chrome ones, thinking they might hold up better and be easier to clean. They look great and I really think they WILL be easy to wipe up. I ordered new oven racks. My old ones were the original with the range (uncleanable). I cleaned by oven till it shined and when I put in the new racks it looked like a new oven. I'm very happy.
Removed old socket, I had replaced with a aftermarket that really did not work well. When I recieved the terminal block kit from your company it was the proper kit. Service was better than expected, part and price was great and it took very little time ti install. Thank you.
Went online looked up model no and found Part No. and ordered it couple of days It came in mail Cut power to oven took knob off two screws back panel. wired new switch like the old one replced thwe switch and two screws and panel connected the power tried new switch it worked great.
I watched a you tube video that was extremely helpful.I removed the two screws holding the bake element in.Once I removed the two wires,I bent them so they did not retract intot he oven.I attached the two wires,installed the screws and was done in less than 15 minutes.
Followed the video supplied with the email on the parts order form. Biggest problem was pulling the range out from the wall, the repairs went without a hitch. The PartsSelect video was a great help showing the short cut to getting the new wires in by using the old wires as a pull wire.
Took door apart to clean inside of glass door. scraped most of the wax from the stove 99%. Could not get the last 1%. Cleaned all parts. Put door back together again, put the door seal on after I got the right one. Had to reorder a new seal(one that was actually made for that model) messed up the first one and whalla! Took about 3 weeks to clean off the wax from stove and the surrounding area. Stove is good as new. Thanks for the quick service. Would definitely recommend and use you guys again. Thank You.
