Small leak in bottom right corner of dishwaher
Took off bottom plate (2 screws) and ran unit to ensure where leak is from....it appears to be the door seal. Pulled out old seal with fingers and replaced door seal, ensuring its properly "fitted"..ran unit, no leaks, put bottom plate back on
Took less than 5 minutes. Pried edge of old door seal out with a flathead screwdriver, then slowly pulled out old seal. Thoroughly cleaned area for new seal with rubbing alcohol, inserted new seal and trimmed the end to fit just right. Presto, no leaks whatsoever!
I opened the door and pulled the gasket from around the dishwasher. The gasket does not have any adhesive around it, so it pulled free almost immediately. The new gasket was pressed into place around the door and I was done. It couldn't have been any easier. I suspected it was the gasket when I saw pinched portions that did not return to the original shape and there were no visible cracks in the machine.
Lowered door and put a weight on it to keep it open. with screwdriver pried out the old gasket. It was simple. looked at the end of the replacement gasket and inserted it into the track with the small hole down. Job Complete. about three minutes total time.
Really simple, took out bottom rack, unscrewed nut, removed sprayarm----took out old part (seal) put in new seal----put whole thing back together. Plus, you did have a "how to" video for replacing the seal, which we watched just to be sure we weren't missing anything.
Also ordered lint filter/upper agitator & agitator cap for my Roper washing machine, Old agitator would no longer stay on the lower agitator-----washing machine is 16 years old----snap agitator & cap together, & lower onto agitator.
Your pictures in your website for all parts, were spot on----no wondering if I was ordering the correct part.
Will use you again in the future---Thank you so much.
I had attempted to solve the problem with another company; but, the parts did not fit. So, when I found your company, everything was easy. I ordered the parts. removed the damaged dish rack assemblies, and, and replaced them with the new parts. The dishwasher works great again.
This was an easy fix. My husband took out the old gasket and put the new one in. It fit perfectly and no more leak. The part got to us really quickly too and that was nice. No more hand washing the dishes! :)
Clean light was flashing and washer would not start
Replaced heating element and high limit thermostat. Was suppose to fix the problem but did not. Replaced the control board and works now. All of these are easy to replace.
