Keep searches simple. Use keywords, e.g. "leaking", "pump", "broken" or "fit".
Dryer only runs when Start button is pressed
Originally I thought that the Start switch was the issue, and ordered one. After taking the machine apart and running some tests, the issue was clearly not this switch, but a different switch that cuts power when the belt tension is no longer being applied to the idler pulley spring. I fixed this by bypassing this switch, which in my opinion, is error prone and serves no purpose. The switch can be accessed by removing the control panel, then top cover, then front cover, then drum. The bogus switch is screwed to the bottom left, near the motor. The idler pulley spring rests against it. Just disconnect the switch wires, then clip, strip and crimp then together to bypass the switch, and voila! Now if the belt breaks or comes off the pulley, the motor will continue to run, but you wont hear the wet clothes flopping around, so that will be the indication that you have a belt problem. Dryer would shut off on heat dry after a couple of minutes. I could feel the heat working. It would only continue to run on fluff/no heat
Pulled the drum an found spade clip burned on wire. Hi limit Thermostat crumbled/ broke while pulling spade clip so I trimmed back the wire, cleaned the spade clip and soldered the wire back on. Isolated the other thermostats in the system and tested for resistance. Reassembled dryer.
Took off the front panel of the washer which exposed electrical wires going to top lid sensor. Took out old sensor installed new. Cut wires from old sensor and spliced wires from new sensor to machines wires that went to old sensor. Replaced front of washer. Washer works fine now.
Water temp will fill hot only with lid open. Close the lid and it is cold water only.
The video I watched said to remove front panel, control panel, and top panel. After I removed the front panel, I was able to remove the lid switch and splice the wires together and reinsert in the mounting without removing the other panels. Secured with wire tie and put front panel back in place. This did not, however fix the problem.
Removed two screws, lifted the top, removed two more screws and tilted the front panel. The worn parts were accessible, and I simply placed the new parts in. It worked. A little trouble placing the top back in the slots, but a fist whack did the job.

By watching your video which was very helpful as I never made this repair before. All worked out fine. Since then I have ordered other parts., (drum bearing kit, door slides and a new belt.) The video on replacing the drum kit is very helpful too. One other fact is prices beat all other sites I looked and when I'm done the dryer will be "rebuilt" I recommend your parts to everyone., they are great quality.
Washer lid sensor stopped working, thus, would not spin, thinking lid was open
This was easy and took maybe a half-hour. The harder part was pulling the front panel off (up) to access the insides. Simply snipped the wire to the old sensor and spliced the new wire and inserted the new sensor. Worked perfectly and saved me $400? on a new washer! (Cover panel is slightly bent, did not re-snap in, so it's loose; I don't care about the looks, so I will screw metal screws using a hinge to close it.)
