Three of my four gas range will not turn on. The three that won't ignite will not make any clicking noise, you could only smell the gas but it will not ignite. If i turn on the one that does work, while its clicking, i am able to turn on the other three that won't turn on.

Hi Ana,
Thank you for your question. There are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the broil igniter, the gas valve and the spark module. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Is there a video or any literature on how to replace part numbers ps992125 & ps11748349 ?
For model number KGRA806PSS00
Hello Stefano,
Thank you for your question. The two burner and igniters in the oven are behind an access cover panel located at the back wall of the oven, remove the cover by unscrewing the one screw holding it. Behind you will see two burners one at the bottom, the other at the top. Part PS992125 is the bottom burner, and to remove the old one, there is a locking screw at the base of where the burner connects to the wall, use a flat blade screwdriver to unscrew it, and you should be able to remove and unplug the original and install the new one back on. The process for installing the upper burner as part PS11748349 for your model is the same, the screw should be located at the base of the burner as well. We hope this helps!
My range keeps clicking like it’s going to ignite. Random clicking. Sometimes it lights, sometimes it doesn’t, just clicks a lot.

Hello Lisa, Thank you for the question. If the issue is with each burner, it could be one of two parts. We suggest checking the Wire Harness Switch Kit that sits behind the knobs and the Spark Module. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!
