Our microwave is no longer heating. Is the magnatron the only part that needs to be replaced, or are there necesary supplemental parts also?

Hello Karen, Thank you for the question. The F7 Error code indicates that power to the magnetron was interrupted. Unplug the appliance to reset the error code. Hope this helps!

Does not heat and a rattle wen fan is running

Hello Darryl, thank you for your question. If the unit is not heating and is making noise, the issue is most likely the magnetron. I would also recommend replacing the diode, and fuse. I hope this helps!

Hi guys, my microwave sounds fine. No rattles or clicking, it’s not heating and switches off after 23 seconds every time. Any suggestions? Thank you !

Hi Tim, Thank you for the question. I suggest testing the door switches, PartSelect Numbers PS2338922, PS2338920 and PS2338921 with a multi meter and check for continuity. Hope this helps!
