Both freezer lights went out at the same time. This seems odd to me. The door switch appears to be working because the switch also turns the fan on and off. I remove the bulbs, they appear to be good. The fridge is 10 years old. What do you receomend i check next? Dean

Hi Dean,
Thank you for your question. If both lights have gone out, you will need to check the light sockets and housing assembly. You will need to check the parts a mutltimeter. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Freezer section lights not working. Replaced bulbs, still no good. Master light switch is on, refrigerator section lights work. How do I trouble shoot if it is door switch or another component? I can hear blower turn off when I open the freezer door, and then it turns on when I either close the freezer door or manually actuate the freezer door switch with the door open, so I suspect it may not be the switch. Any guidance on what components to check and how to treat them would be appreciated.

Hi Ralph, Thank you for the question. This sounds like an issue with the bulb socket. Only way to test the socket is by using a multi meter to check for continuity. Hope this helps!
