The fridge is working fine but the freezer is not working at all. I’ve unplugged it for a couple of minutes and plugged it back in and still not working. I hear the compressor working. Just don’t understand why the fridge is working and not the freezer. Maybe a fan in freezer?
For model number RS22HDHPNSR
Hello Jeffrey, thank you for contacting us. We would recommend cleaning the condenser coils and making sure there is no dirt build-up on them. Also, check the condenser fan and evaporator fan and ensure that both fans are functional. If this does not help, the issue is probably related to the power control board, part number PS9604083, or the main control board, part number PS9604104. We would recommend testing both parts with a multimeter to pinpoint the fault. Please reach out to customer service if you need help placing an order. Glad to be of help!

Hello. I own a RF23HTEDBSR Samsung Refrigerator. The lights in the refrigerator keeps turning off. At first I thought I needed to replaced the light bulbs but I unplugged the fridge and plugged it back in and the lights come back on but only for a day max and then they go out. Should I replace any of the boards?

thank you for your attention, marc
For model number NE58K9560WS/AC
Hi Marc, thank you for your question. There are a few parts that could cause this issue in your appliance. First I would say test your elements with a multi meter to see if they are working correctly or not. They should be reading between 0 - 50 ohms to be working correctly. The other part you should check would be your oven temperature sensor. That can also be tested with a multi meter and should be reading between 1000 - 1100 ohms. You may also want to check your fuse as well. It could be that part has failed. If those three parts are fine however, then the issue may be in your control board. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.
