The drain in the freezer by the coils where it defrost has a leak around the drain and spills out into the bottom of freezer and comes out the bottom of the door what can i do
For model number FRS26R4AW4
Hi Jeff,
Thank you for your inquiry. If your freezer is leaking water, it is possible that the defrost drain is frozen.
This would cause the water to overflow the drain and drip down into the bottom of the freezer. If there is ice buildup you will need to remove it. You will need to remove the cover in back of the freezer and then use a hair dryer to melt the excess ice. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!
