do you have to replace the whole control panel because the clock can not be set to the right time?
For model number jb690dfiww
Hello Chuck, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, the clock must be set to the right time for the automatic oven timing function to work properly. To set the clock time, touch the clock pad twice, and with models without a clock pad, hold the + and - pads for three seconds. Then touch the + and - pad to set the time. If the + and - pads are not touched within one minute after the first step, the display will revert to its original settings. If this does not help and the clock cannot be set to the right time, then the control board is most likely faulty, and you may need to replace it. The part number for the control board is PS8767149. Glad to be of help!
