Does part 250 have the center hinge and the top two pieces to change the Fridge to open on the right side?

Hi Rick, Thank you for the question. The Changeable Hinge Kit comes with the top hinge,the top hing cover and the center hinge bracket and screw. It will also come with the GE logo sticker to cover the old screw hole. Hope this helps!
