I need a new strip that fits above the handle and right at top of door it’s the whole length of top of dishwasher and goes in about 2 inches on both sides it’s just a thin strip on top of door.

Hello Sandra, thank you for writing. The Top Attachment strip is PS11771969. We are pleased to have been able to help.
Hi Randy, thank you for your question. You would have to unscrew the screws holding your door panels together. Once you do that you can pull away the inner panel, set this part into place and then screw everything back together. Good luck with your repair.

I cannot locate the part for my model on the exploded diagrams. It is a hard rubber seal that is on the bottom of the door assembly. It has broken apart and would not let me open the door without reaching under the door to tuck it back in. It runs the width of the door and is approximately 4 inches wide and about 1/2 inch thick. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help.

Hi Rick,
Thank you for your question. It looks like you will have to get that part with the entire back panel of your door. I have attached the correct part in a link below for you. Good luck with your repair.
Hi Theodore, thank you for reaching out. We would suggest checking the door gasket first. If it is fine, the issue could be with the drain pump, part number PS16217045. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope that helps!
