My drain pump is only getting 50V instead of 120V. Would this be a problem with the main control board?
For model number WT1101CW
Hi Trenton,
Thank you for your question. If the pump is not getting sufficient voltage, it may be faulty or it may be clogged with debris. Inspect the pump for debris. If there is no debris in the pump, check the pump with a multimeter to see if it is working correctly. If you are not sure how to use a multimeter, here is a link to one of our videos from YouTube that you may reference on how to use one, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bWC44fHn0As. If the pump checks out fine, thenyou will need to check the wiring harness connected to it. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!
