Where is the drain tube check valve on this part located?
For model number ZISS480NRBSS
Hi Mauricio,
Thank you for your question. That part is located on the bottom left hand section of your appliance. You will have to get at the part through the back side. I hope this helps!

Hi -- i changed the thermistor and defrost thermostat on my fridge because it was not cooling and according to your site that was probably the culprit. You were correct and the fridge now cools perfectly. However, during the defrost cycle the water is now dripping from the drip pan into the freezer. Any thoughts on what's causing this? Thanks.

Hi Mauricio,
Thank you for your inquiry. I would actually check this part to see if maybe it jostled loose during your installation of your new parts. It could simply be that it is out of place. The Drain Tube Check Valve would be my first part to check in a situation like this. I hope that helps!
