Hi Joseph, thank you for your question. It sounds like your drain tube might be clogged if it is blocked. Usually ice is the culprit for this so if you take some hot water and gently pour it down the drain tube it may help melt the ice blocking the tube. Otherwise you could try using a hair dryer. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

I think that i have cleared the drain tube but still i see water puddle at bottom of crisper panel. One of the problem i found was when using a turkey baster i still see water coming out of the drain tube. When i insert my found i find that the opening is very small.Could it be that ice build up on the evaporator when it melts is not flowing out and fast from the discharge port causing to overflow into the refrigerator compartment. the nipple of the drain tube is not is not a large one.
should go back to the freezer compartment to clear the discharge port in there.
do the discharge tube and freezer and the one in the refrigerator connect or they are separate. i cant find any drawing on them.

Hi Joseph, thank you for your question. Your appliance has only one drain and that would be the one in your freezer there. So it might be prudent to look at the trough underneath the evaporator and make sure that is cleared out as well. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.
