My freezer door alarm keep going off and the code on the display is "d". What does this mean and how do i fix the problem of the alarm

Condition: Air damper is stuck
Check: Unplug the refrigerator and the air damper that controls airflow from the freezer compartment for damage. If the air damper is broken, replace it.
