tube elbow leaking
had removed the doors to get fridge in thru small doorway when doors were reinstalled the elbow leak was replaced in about 15 minutes or less by cutting old elbow out of lines and the lines snap into new elbow with just a little force

Leak in the water tube elbow
First I remove protection cover,then removed the elbow pressing in on the gray coupling housing at each end of the elbow.Mark each piece of water hose before removing the elbow with marker(black)it helps when replacing new elbow.The new elbow slides on each end of water hose ,connect the end to the hose coming out of the door first. How do the water tube elbows come off of the water filter housing? They don't seem to budge and don't want to break them. I did order a new housing from you guys.

Hi Mike,
Thank you for your question. These elbows have quick connects on either end. All you have to do is press down on the ring holding the tube in place. That will release the tube. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.
