The large front burner does not lower, it seems to stay high even when turned to low
For model number FTQ3521WUX(XAA-01)
Hi Marvin, thank you for contacting us. You may need to replace the dual burner element switch, part number PS4240803, to fix the issue. It turns the surface element on and off and controls how much heat the element produces. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair!
My left front burner turns on when the back or sides are turned on and doesn’t turn off immediately when turned off or the others are turned off. What’s the issue. Thanks

Hello Agnes, thank you for getting in touch. Based on our understanding of the issue, we have concluded that the problem is most probably occurring because of a malfunctioning surface element switch.
