Upper spray arm kept falling during cycle
Place spray arm into receptacle. Take nut and screw on being careful not to over tighten. This will strip the spray arm and the same problem will occur. Easy fix!

The upper spray arm keeps falling off. There is a small plastic nut that appears stripped. What part would that be?
For model number PLDB999AC0
Hi Michael,
Thank you for your inquiry. The spray are on the very top of your dishwasher is actually referred to as your nozzle on this appliance. I have attached the part that you will need to replace as you cannot get the locking nut separately from the entire upper nozzle. Good luck.
How can I clean under the round mesh under the bottom spray arm
For model number FDBC45BAB2
Hello Karen, Thank you for the question. You will need to unscrew and remove the lower spray arm. Pull out the Drain Trap, Spray Arm Support and the filter base. This will allow you to remove the filter and clean it. Hope this helps, good luck with this repair!

Hello, does this part come with the nut needed to attach the upper arm? I see that nut is also sold separately. I’m pretty sure it is the arm that is stripped not the nut but just in case. Tks. Great service.
Hello Diana, thank you for your question. The Nut is sold separately from this Spray Arm. We would need the model number for your dishwasher to locate the correct replacement Nut. We look forward to hearing back from you!

Nothing on the top-rack (glasses & cups) is getting washed. It seems like the upper water-spray isn't functioning.
For model number FDBI050REC0
Hello Jackson, Thank you for your inquiry. I would make sure the upper spray arm is not clogged, I would also check the upper spray feed tube, and the nozzle. Hope this helps!
