The refrigerator door (which is above the freezer door on this model) does not fully close. I believe it needs a new hinge cam. Part #ps4156822 is listed as a cam but there is no indication where it is located and how it differs from part #ps4156784

Hi William,
Thank you for your question. Part number PS4156822 is the lower cam hinge riser and part number PS4156784 is the upper cam hinge riser. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Thank you for your reply to my previous question. I know the name of the parts, what i don't know is where they are located. Part ps4156822 cam hinge -riser low, nw2, does not have a picture or a diagram showing what it looks like or where it is located. How do i find this out? Also what does the "nw2" indicate?

Hello William, Thank you for your follow up. The lower cam is located the the bottom of the door. It is the plastic piece that has a shaft that goes through the hinge. If you Google the manufacturer part number, you will see photos of the part. I am sorry I am not sure what the NW2 indicates. Have a great day.
