How can i tell if this part needs to be replaced? My dryer is not getting hot. I replaced a couple parts, but whenever i change temperature setting it stops again.
For model number 8528330
Hello Shawn, thank you for your question. The water temp that goes into the unit is controlled by the water temp switch and the water valve. If the water valve was replaced already and you're still not able to adjust the temperature of the water, this part would have to be replaced. Here is a link that will provide step by step instructions for testing the switch! https://www.partselect.com/Washer+test-switch+repair.htm
