I'm about to replace this part though not sure it will fix the problem. Neither the freezer nor main compartment are cooling. The compressor and fan are "working" but the evaporator fan is not running. Coils have been cleaned. I put the fridge in test mode from the electrical panel and the evaporator fan went on. I'm thinking this all points to the temp sensor. Any other suggested troubleshooting?
For model number LFC25765ST
Hello Josephine, thank you for reaching out. If the evaporator fan runs in test mode, it means the main control board is faulty and is not sending the voltage to the fan. You need to check the main control board PS3625170. This can be checked with a multimeter. We hope this solves your problem!
Hello Marwan, thank you for your question. That error code may be related to an issue with the freezer sensor. It has gone bad or has been disconnected. We would recommend checking the freezer sensor to be sure the wire is connected securely and if it is replacing the PartSelect Number PS3531167. I hope this helps!

I have a Kenmore Bottom Freezer Refrigerator. The Er dH error has come on. I believe the problem is defrost control. Hoping that this is the right part for that problem and refrigerator.
For model number 795.7160
Hi Don, thank you for reaching out. The error code ER dH usually indicates poor defrosting. We would suggest resetting the unit by turning it off and plugging it back in after 5 minutes. If the issue remains, the problem might be with the defrost sensor, part number PS3529165. We would recommend checking this sensor for continuity using a multimeter. We hope this helps!
Hello,
My fridge Kenmore, model 795.73133.410 has both freezer & refrigerator very warm, about 60 degrees. I found both supply fans, compressor came on for about one minute then stopped. Condenser fan was running constantly. I unplugged then plugged it back, same thing happened.
Is the problem at the defrost sensor?
Please help!
Thank you!
For model number 795.73133.410
Hi Minh, thank you for your inquiry. We have concluded that the issue is with the compressor overload protector, part number PS3603394, as it is most likely faulty and may need to be replaced. We hope this is helpful!
