Wondering what we should start with to repair? Refrigerator turns on but does not cool or freeze.
For model number LFC33975ST
Hello Donna, Thank you for the question. We suggest testing the Thermistor. If the part has been cracked, broken, or damaged in any way, then it will need to be replaced. It should measure around 11,000 ohms of resistance at Room Temperature. We hope this helps!
Hello Debbie, thank you for your question. Yes, this is the overload relay that is compatible with your specific appliance. Good luck with your repair!

Part # 6750cl0001d (compressor start relay). Frig doesn’t cool or freeze. When i plug in frig, compressor clicks several times and stops. Is replacement of start relay a reasonable initial choice to address this problem? Hope compressor is still ok. Frig is a 2012 model. What could i try next? Please advise. Thanks.
For model number LFX31925ST
Hello Bob, thank you for inquiring. Replacing the Defrost Sensor Assembly part number PS3529165 or the Evaporator Fan Motor part number PS10058947 for your model will most likely fix the issue. I hope this helps and good luck with your repair!

My freezer is not freezing and ice maker is not making ice. I have error code 22 & 33. What is the part number(s) for “start relay” and if there is any more info I should know to solve my situation and get my refrigerator back up and running?
For model number LFX25974ST
Hello Kasper, Thank you for contacting us. I have researched the model you have provided and have found this model only lists a Thermister/Overload Assembly PartSelect Number PS7792265. For more specialized assistance or to speak with someone about this, I would suggest calling the manufacturer of the appliance directly. We hope this helps.

For model number LFX24623D /01
Hello Christian, thank you for reaching out. The error code 22 indicates the problem with the compressor start relay and the error code FF represents an issue with the freezer fan. We would recommend checking the compressor start relay, part number PS3644971, and evaporator fan motor, part number PS3523323, to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
Hello Jerry, thank you for the question. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend replacing the evaporator fan motor, part number PS10058947. We hope this information helps!
