No power, will not turn on, is this a child lock feature and how to restore to normal operation? Thanks

Hello William, Thank you for your inquiry. We would recommend checking the following parts to fix your issue: User Control and Display Board, timer, line fuse, thermal fuse, main control board, power cord and door lock/switch. You can test the parts with a multimeter. If you are unfamiliar with how a multimeter functions, there are YouTube videos available to assist you. Hope this helps!
