Unplug the refrigerator and empty the freezer. Remove the lower basket and roll out upper tray. Open the freezer door. I'm looking for the thin metal bar that comes out from the internal ice maker in the freezer drawer. I think i found the part on your site.. but there isn't a picture to confirm. can you help me? thanks.

My ice maker will make one or two trays of ice and then stop making ice. At this point every time it cycles it shoots out water in the back of the refrigerator where the hose goes in. Any words of wisdom to solve the problem? Charles

Hello Charles, Thank you for the question. If the water is shooting from the fill tube and not filling the Ice Maker properly, the ice maker will not be able to make the batch if ice. the level arm for the automatic ice maker which is in the freezer, not the door is broken and i am wondering if that is the only part i need to order. its still on the hinge so i can't remove it so i was uncertain if the spot where it has broke from also needs to be ordered. sorry if this is confusing. i have a pic if needed.
