Oven reaches 212-215 degrees, bake, convect, broil- doesn't matter. Burners all work fine. Tech came out and stated control computer board. Power is present to broiler and oven wires on the back of stove.
Is it the board circuits or could it be another part- temp controller or thermostat sensor?

Hello Ernie, Thank you for the question. before replacing the Board we suggest testing the Temperature Sensor. Testing the temperature sensor probe on your oven is easy. With the sensor at room temperature, measure the resistance between the two prongs at the end of the sensor connector. The resistance of the sensor should read approximately 1080 – 1090 ohms at room temperature. We hope this helps!
This thanksgiving our stove decided to give us trouble. After 1 hour it had only heated up to 135 degrees. We let it go and it seemed to heat up a little less than 2 degrees a minute. We took all our food and baked it at my in-laws...lol.
Anyways, yesterday I took the back off and tested all the elements. They all testes good. I then turned on the oven in every mode and discovered that only the convection element heated. the broil element and bake element remained cold. I tested the temp probe and it was 1080 ohms.
What do you think it is? and do you have the part?
