Is there a fan that pushes cold air from the freezer compartment to the refrigerator compartment? Freezer works great but the refrigerator is not cool. There is a rectangular hole between the freezer and the refrigerator, but air is not moving through it.

the arm that shuts off the ice maker has broken off is the replacement part 804 on the diagram? if so how easy is it to replace?
For model number GSH251SZB SS
Hello Henry, thank you for your question. Disconnect the power to the unit. Remove any screws securing the icemaker inside the unit. Then, you will need to release the tabs locking the old Arm into the icemaker and remove the old Arm. Lastly, the new IM Guardrail PS297332 snaps into place on the icemaker. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you.

My ice maker never stops making ice unless i turn the shutoff to "no". Isn't there some sort of detector that signals it to stop making ice when the bucket is full?
For model number Gse22eshcss
Hello Jackie, thank you for your question. The Ice maker cube guide WR29X10054 connects to the back of the ice maker to prevent cubes from falling out the back of the ice maker. If the icemaker continuously makes ice the icemaker itself should be replaced. The shut off arm should rise and shut the unit off when the ice bucket is full. If this isn't happening, the automatic shut off isn't functioning properly and the icemaker should be replaced. I hope this helps.
