For model number WSM2700HBWWW
Hi Scott, thank you for getting in touch. The heating element restring coil for your model is not sold separately by the manufacturer. You will need to replace the whole heater element assembly, part number PS265652. We hope this helps.

For model number wsm2700awww
Hello Terry, thank you for our question. The Heater Element Assembly PS265652, comes with the Element Coil as well as the round shield it attaches to all assembled. The repair should not take more than 45 mins. After removing the front panel, remove the front belt and pull the drum forward to remove it from the unit. At that point you can access the heater and finish the repair. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you.
