Is the valve burner the igniter, creates spark?
For model number MGC7430WW00
Hello Matthew, thank you for your question. No, the burner valve is the part that opens up to allow the gas to the burner. There are three parts that work together to spark the gas and lite the burner. The PartSelect Number: PS11748331 Spark Module, PartSelect Number: PS11751449 Spark Ignition Switch with harness, and the spark igniter right beside the burner that is only available by ordering the orifice and electrode holder.
