My dispenser cannot be used because anything put into it leaks immediately. It has no "stop" when pulled out but does not seem to be damaged. I wonder if it needs a rubber part on the bottom? Serial number is; HZ209276T. The booklet says the model number is GFWH1400. What do you suggest? Thank you, Susan

Hello Susan, Thank you for the question. You may need to remove the Drawer to check for any loose parts or damage. We suggest checking the Siphon Pipe, Liquid Detergent Insert and the Drawer. Make sure it is seated properly. If the drawer pulls out without stopping, there is something damaged to loose. We hope this helps!
