I found the knob ps226070 [wb03k10126] - I need the part behind that - the part the knob goes on. It is not clear on the diagram what part I should search for. Please advise.

Thank you for the question. The part that has the shaft for the oven knob is the Oven Thermostat. This is the switch that sits behind the knob.

Doesn’t heat up all the time One day it gets up to 100. Other days it will go to 400
