The microwave comes on but won't hear up. The door switches were replaced and it still won't hear up. Is there a diode i'm this model that could be the cause? The magnetron is testing good. Could it be the inverter? How do you test it?
For model number KHHC2090SSS0
Hello Angie,
Thank you for your question. The diode would most likely be the culprit, and it is under part PS1960938 for your model. Hope this helps!
The microwave beeps & drops to 20%, I hit cancel and it goes back to 100% power. There is constant beeping. I do not know if a service call is worth it or if I should just replace it. Can you help?
For model number KHMS2050SSS2
Hello Sandy,
Thanks for your question. You will likely need a new control panel, part number PS11745311. Since your microwave's internal components can contain electrical charges even when the microwave is unplugged, you will want a licensed service technician to install this part.
I hope this helps.
Hello Levell, thank you for your question. We would recommend testing the thermostats, diode and door switches first. If those parts are not faulty, the issue is probably the magnetron itself. I hope this helps!

The temperature in the oven doesn't match the temperature displayed on the panel. I changed the temperature probe (thermostat) in the oven and tried calibrating the oven but it still doesn't display the correct temperture.
For model number JMW3430WS02
Hi Ron,
Thank you for contacting us. If you have already replaced the oven temperature sensor, and the oven is not heating normally, you will need to check the wall oven user interface control board, both the bake and broil elements and the wiring between the parts to see which part is causing the issue.
We hope this helps! If you have any questions, please let us know.
Hello Mario, thank you for reaching out. It seems that the door lock switch, part number PS2361111, is faulty and needs to be replaced. Additionally, you can also check the fuse, magnetron, and microwave inverter for any damage and replace the defective part. If you require assistance to place an order, please contact customer service. We hope that helps!
I have a Kitchenaid microwave that says on the screen
err f1 eo
display board
it works for a short time but then shuts off and shows the error code
I tried shutting the circuit breaker, but it does not help.

Hi Greg, thank you for your inquiry. The error code f1e0 on your model indicates a communication error. You may need to replace the control panel assembly, part number PS12731034, to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
Do you normally have to replace the inverter, or is it recommended, when replacing the magnetron?
For model number KEMS308SSS04
Hello Tom, thank you for getting in touch. According to our research, the inverter regulates power to the magnetron. We would recommend only replacing the magnetron, part number PS12717479, if it is faulty. We hope this information helps!
