Where is the defrost timer located on this side by side refrigerator?...thank you

Thank you for your question. Your bimetal defrost thermostat is located directly on your defrost heater, which is in the same area as your evaporator coils. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

Refrigerator keeps building up ice under the fruit baskets and behind the panel where the fan is. What parts would you recommend replacing.

Hello David, thank you for your inquiry. We have researched and found that the issue is most probably with the fresh food section defrost heater, part number PS2322740. It melts frost from the evaporator fins during the automatic defrost cycle. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. Glad to be of help!
