My dryer doesn't heat and I've tested
All thermostats, fuse, and heating element. Found no issues the cycling thermostat had continuity at room temperature.
Recently replaced bad dryer timer causing dryer not to start, but now works, but doesn't heat. Could the temperature switch be the problem it's the only thing that seems to have continuity issues, but I need to verify that I 'm testing it right.

Hi Charles, thank you for reaching out. We suggest you check the temperature switch, part number PS2337899, which may be malfunctioning. Before replacing it, we recommend you clean the lint filter after every cycle. The lint filter traps lint while clothes are being dried and prevent the lint from building up in clothes We hope this solves your problem!

my hot point run 5 minutes turns off about 5 minutes after ccol down whats going on
For model number HTDX100EM8WW
Hi Leroy, thank you for the question. Based on our understanding, we would suggest checking the high limit thermostat, part number PS267900. It cuts off power to the dryer motor if the temperature reaches an unsafe level. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
