My drain tube appears clogged. Can I access the tube from the back?
For model number MFI2569VEM
Hello Debbie, Thank you for your inquiry. You should be able to pull out the fridge and remove the lower access panel at the back to access the tube. Good luck with your repair.

How do remove the drain tray on this model
For model number GX5FHDXTS01
Hello John, thank you for asking. According to our research, you may need to remove the back access panel by unthreading all the screws. After removing the back panel, you will have access to the drain tube. You have to just pull the tube from the both sides and replace it with the new one. We hope this helps!
